Light refractory brick of sunrise refractory
Date:2019-08-08 17:19 | From:Zhengzhou Sunrise Refractory | Author:admin
Light refractory bricks generally refer to refractory bricks having a density of less than 1.3 x 103 kg/m3. It has the characteristics of small density, high porosity, small thermal conductivity, good heat preservation and certain compressive strength, and has been widely used in heat treatment equipment.
The raw materials of lightweight refractory bricks can be divided into clay, siliceous, aluminum and mullite. Light brick insulation is mainly due to the large number of pores (including closed pores and open pores) in the brick. The method of causing the pores is to add a combustible method, a foam method, or a chemical method. Light refractory bricks have low compressive strength, poor slag resistance, poor thermal shock resistance, and cannot be in direct contact with glass or flame.
1 light clay insulation brick
Lightweight clay insulation brick is made of refractory clay and has an Al2O3 content of 30%~48%. The production process uses a burn-in addition method and a foam method. The refractory clay, floating beads, and refractory clay clinker are used as raw materials, and the binder and sawdust are added, and the product having a bulk density of 0.3 to 1.5 g/cm 3 is prepared by mixing, mixing, forming, drying, and firing. The production of lightweight clay insulation bricks accounts for more than half of the total output of insulated refractory bricks.
2 lightweight silicon insulation brick
The light-weight silicon heat-insulating brick is an insulating refractory product made of silica as a main raw material and having a SiO2 content of not less than 91%. The lightweight siliceous insulating brick has a bulk density of 0.9~1.1g/cm3, and the thermal conductivity is only half of ordinary silica brick. It has good thermal shock resistance, and its load softening start temperature can reach 1600°C, which is much higher than clay partition. Hot bricks. Therefore, the maximum temperature of the silicon insulation brick can reach 1550 °C. Does not shrink at high temperatures, and even has a slight expansion.

3 lightweight alumina insulation brick
The lightweight alumina heat insulation brick is an insulated refractory product made of fused corundum, sintered alumina and industrial alumina. The production process has two methods: a foaming method and a burn-in addition method.
4 lightweight mullite insulation brick
Lightweight mullite insulation brick is an insulating refractory product made of mullite as the main raw material. The mullite heat-insulating brick is resistant to high temperature, high strength, low thermal conductivity and can directly contact the flame, and is suitable for the lining of various industrial furnaces.
A large supply of various refractory bricks, glass furnaces with fused corundum bricks, fused zirconium corundum bricks, magnesia bricks, corundum bricks and other refractory materials, please contact us, we are here to serve you!
