Advantages of the Insulation Bricks

Compared to common refractory bricks, insulation bricks have light weight and high porosity with micro pores evenly distributed inside. They can reduce the heat loss of furnace walls and the energy cost. They also have low heat capacity, so it can be heated and cooled quickly and allows quicker cyclical operation. They can be used between 900-1650℃. 

The properties of the insulation bricks

1) Low thermal conductivity, low thermal capacity and low content of impurities;

2) High strength, good thermal shock and good resistance to acid and basic atmosphere;

1) Lining materials for the got face of industrial furnaces, such as annealing furnace, carbonization furnace, hardening furnace, refining furnace, cracking furnace, roller kiln, and tunnel kiln;

2) Backing insulation materials for various industrial furnaces;

3) Reducing atmosphere furnace.
