Sunrise refractory mullite insulation brick for sale is manufactured with high quality mullite as the main crystal phase and contains about 65~75% alumina content. Mullite insulation refractory brick has high refractoriness that reaches up to 1790 ℃. Its apparent initial softening temperature is about 1600~1700 ℃. Its cold crushing strength is about 70~260MPa.
Mullite insulation bricks are mainly divided into light and heavy mullite bricks according to their density. According to the temperature of use, they are mainly divided into different types of 1350 mullite insulation bricks, 1450 mullite insulation bricks, 1550 mullite insulation bricks, etc.
The mullite insulation brick has a high degree of refractoriness and can reach above 1790 °C. The load softening start temperature is 1600 to 1700 °C. The crystal of fused mullite is larger than sintered mullite, and the thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered products. Their high temperature performance depends mainly on the alumina content and the uniformity of the mullite phase and glass distribution.
